Allergic to Penicillin

I have Sjogren’s Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Fatigue, Spinal Stenosis, Sensory Ataxia, Small Fiber Neuropathy, Hypertension, Restless Leg Syndrome, Sleep Apnea, Enlarged Liver, GERD, Multiple Ischemic Microangiopathic changes on brain, Spinal Stenosis, both Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis and Chronic headaches. I also had 13 Concussions causing possible TBI/CTE.

Medication

  • Rabeprazole – 20mg – Every Morning
  • Azathioprine – 200mg – Every Morning
  • Amlodipine – 10mg – Every Morning
  • Cetirizine – 20mg – Every Night
  • Duloxetine – 90mg – Every Night
  • Clonazepam – 1mg – Every Night
  • Rebateva-amitriptyline – 10mg -Every Night
  • Cuvitru (IVIG) – 20g – Every Thurs and Sun
  • Hydroxychloroquine – 400mg -with food
  • Fluticasone Furoate – 27.5mg – When Needed
  • Sulfatrim DS – 800/160 – When Needed
  • Lenoltec No 3 – 300/30/15 – When Needed
  • Naproxen – 500mg – When Needed

Symptoms

  • Prolonged extreme fatigue
  • Vision problems
  • Weakness Tingling and numbness Pains and spasms (Muscles & Joints)  Balance problems & dizziness Trouble walking more then 30 feet Bladder issues
  • Erectile dysfunction
  • Cognitive problems
  • Depression, Mood Swings, anxiety Tremors
  • Bloating and gas
  • Sensory Overload (‘Hypersensitivity’)
  • Feet are allows freezing
  • Lower/mid back pain
  • Prolong Headaches
  • Memory problems
  • Brain fog
  • Skin rashes & dry skin
  • Dry eyes & dry mouth
  • Swollen glands
  • Sleep problems
  • Very Light Sensitivity
  • No feeling in most of my body
  • Ear aches and ringing in my ears
  • Very sore and weak wrist & forarm
  • I had a mini stroke May 2023

Diagnosed

  • Fibromyalgia 
  • Sensory ataxia
  • Small fiber neuropathy over my entire body
  • Sjogren’s Syndrome 
  • Hypertension
  • Restless Leg Syndrome
  • Sleep apnea (BiPAP use) 18/28
  • Left knee meniscal tear and tibiofemoral osteoarthritis ( 4 scopes) 
  • Right knee meniscal tear and Severe tendinosis ( 3 scopes) 
  • Both Knees need to be replace
  • Right Ankle Rupture of the ATFL Surgery March 25 2021
  • GERD 13 concussions
  • Chronic headaches
  • Possible TBI/CTE
  • Multiple ischemic microangiopathic changes on the brain  
  • Spinal stenosis Melanoma on abdoman (removed 2017) 
  • Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis
  • 3cm cydt lower pole left kidney 
  • Multilevel degenerative disc disease centred at C5 to T1
  • Disc bulge at the L3-L4 and L4-L5 level
  • C1 vertebra is abnormal in appearance
  • Schmorl node formation present involving T8 through T12
  • Left breast Asymmetric, right sided gynecomastia
